I didn't know Debra well, but God knows her, praise Him! She always had a smile on her face when I saw her during her visits to Jacksonville. She is a Woman of God who blessed her husband, children and all her extended family and friends. I send my condolences to you all. May He comfort you. I rejoice that Debra has transitioned and is a loved ancestor seated in the presence of the Lord. Psalm 119:76 "May Your unfailing love be my comfort, according to Your promise to your servant." Be blessed, Rosa Duplessis

This weekend I had to reign in my emotions. My mom and I went to MN to get Jordan settled for school. During this time, I found out my mother in law Debra had passed away. ๐Ÿ’” Devastating ๐Ÿ˜žDebra was a beautiful woman and soul! I was blessed to have her in my life for 25 years. Her wisdom, sense of humor and grace were unmatched. She loved her family: my father in law Petersen, sister in laws Kim and Ashley, my husband, niece Kalia and a huge local family!! She is Auntie Debra and sister to many. We spent time with her two weeks ago and I am thankful we were able to do so. I was able to let her know how much she meant to me.โค๏ธ She gave me the most amazing husband and I am forever grateful. It hurts but I know I will see Debra again; right now she is in the presence of our Lord and Savior and that is the greatest Peace that I could and ask and pray for in this season of loss. I love and miss you, Debra! ๐Ÿ’ž Latrice Brown Daughter-in-law
