Obituary For Mrs. Sharyon Glass Mitchell

Graveside funeral rites for Sharyon Glass Mitchell, of Decatur, will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Westview Cemetery, 1680 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. Rev. Chauncey Newsome will officiate. A graduate of Atlanta’s W.M. Turner High School, Sharon retired from Delta Airlines as a reservations sales agent. She was a member of First Iconium Baptist Church. Those who cherish her memory include her devoted son, Kenneth Mitchell, II (Kenny); sisters, Malinda G. Ridley and Ella Nurse; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
