Some years ago Bishop Howard came into our lives, our family became his family and his family became ours. Some years later he took on a wife, First Lady Sheryl Howard and she to became apart of our family. Whenever you needed him he was there for you he had a kind spirit and heart. He use to always joke about me when I'd come to Good Hope but I didn't mind. Bishop Andrew Howard you will be dearly missed, farewell faithful servant farewell sleep on and take your rest. To First Lady Howard & family we will be praying with and for you. With deepest sympathy & forever in our hearts love the Cephas family.

Mr. Howard was a very special man. Kind in spirit and purposeful in every word he spoke. He was the first person my son walked to. I will never forget the grandfatherly love he showed my son Isaiah and our family. May he rest in peace. He will forever be in our hearts. Ingrid, Daniel and Isaiah Sampson
