Obituary For Pearl Ann Price-Harrison

Pearl A. Price Harrison, 78, of Greensboro, NC died July 7, 2021. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Elm Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Reidsville, NC.

Pearl Ann Price Harrison, daughter of the late Deforest and Roseanna Price passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 7, 2021. Pearl, affectionately known as “Ann”, graduated from Douglass High School and received an Associate Degree in Cosmetology. She worked at Spray Cotton Mills and White Oak Cone Mills where she retired. She was a faithful member of Elm Grove Baptist Church, Reidsville, NC. Ann enjoyed working in her yard and cooking. She also enjoyed having Holiday Gatherings and annual 4th of July cookouts for her family and friends, where they enjoyed eating her homemade Red Velvet Cake and many other treats. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Willie Harrison, who she shared many beautiful times together and her sister, Julia P. Allen.

She leaves to mourn: her step-daughter; La Donnell Baskerville, Greensboro, NC, step-son; Erie Stockton, Stokesdale, NC, sisters; Emily Dupree, Ridgeway, VA, Carolyn Smith, Eden, NC, Peggy Harrison (Aaron), Reidsville, NC, brother; Deforest Price, Jr., Eden, NC, sisters-in-law; Charlotte Wilson, Reidsville, NC, Ernestine Harrison, and Gloria Welborne (Sullivan) both of Greensboro, NC, Cecelia Blackwell (Haywood), Brown Summit, NC, brother-in-law; Thurman Harrison (JoAnn) of Greensboro, NC, a host of nieces and nephews that loved their Aunt Ann and she enjoyed cooking for them.
