Kermit E. Carter, 78, of Henrico, died July 9, 2021. Surviving are his wife, Carol M. Carter; two daughters, Tonija Freeman and Torrie Carter; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; six sisters; host of nieces and nephews; host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Thursday, July 29 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 30 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
