If tears could build a stairway and thoughts a memory lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye, you were gone before I knew it and only GOD knows why! My heart's still active in sadness and secret tears still flow. What it meant to lose you, no one will ever know. Since you will never be forgotten, I pledge to you today, a hallowed place within my heart is where you will always stay! I miss you my dear Paul and the wonderful moments we shared. Rest in Peace, my friend. Linda Carter

Paul was a great asset to WRFG as president of the Board of Directors in the 1980s [I think it was]. He played great jazz on his program which he called something like "Expressions: the Best of All Possible Worlds." He loved the music of John Coltrane; if you want to commune with the memory of Paul go on line and play either [or both!] Coltrane's tunes "Giant Steps" or "My Favorite Things." Paul had been at WRFG since 1974 so when I came along in 1984 and was assigned a slot for my show directly after Paul's show he was a great mentor to me on some of the ways to make a show better. --Brian S Sherman

Sometimes we forget that we won't be here always and that we all have an appointment with the Lord. Learn to pray and love each other as long as you have breath in your body.
