Ray received his formal education from the Kosciusko Public School System.
Ray was always taught to work and earn what he wanted in life, although he was a jack of all trades, he found his best interest at Tyson Foods where he dedicated 23 years of his life. Along the way he gained many, many friends and some even became family.
Ray was a very genuine, kind, humble, free-spirited person and was always willing to help if he could. He was a very caring dad, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and dear friend to many of us.
He enjoyed spending time with family, his friends, hunting and fishing, and watching Westerns.
A Time To Worship... Ray accepted Christ at an early age and like most of us, he ventured off and lived life the way he chose to, but later returned to accept Christ and rededicate himself back to God and became a member of the Jackson Street First Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Lee Carson and continued under the leadership of Rev. Ozell Landfair, Jr. until his health failed.
