On Saturday, July 10, 2021 The Lord called home, Our beloved Son, Brother, Father, Uncle, and Grand- Father, RaShaun Devon Carter.

RaShaun was born in Manhattan, New York, on May 31, 1976. He attended Manor High School in Portsmouth, Va. RaShaun was loved by many, if not all, young and old.

He is Survived by his Wife- Portia Johnson-Carter, His Mother- Jean Carter-Richardson, Mother-in-Law- Althea Mason, Three Sisters- Qiana Carter, Domenique Richardson, and Melanie Richardson, Four Sons- Dominique Miller, Daiquan Carter, Khamik Taylor, and RaShaun D. Carter Jr., One Daughter- Chakeria Holder, Three Step Children- Darius Johnson, Keyshala Johnson, and Laisahn Johnson, Two Grand-Daughters- Aaliyah Holder, and Aniyah Johnson, One Grandson- Alijah Johnson, and One God-Daughter- Mariah King and a Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family, and Friends.
