Kenny was a very personable man who didn’t hold his tongue on his thoughts or feelings about anything. He was big on brotherhood and caring for one another. He would say one of two things, “I am my brother’s keeper” or “Be nice to the coloreds” which he always did, although he would show that love to anyone of any background.
Preceding him in death, his father: Uler C. Vanderhall, his mother: Hester Vanderhall; three siblings: Uler C. Jr., James Willie Vanderhall and Willie Vanderhall.
Kenny leaves behind his wife, Mary Elizabeth Vanderhall; two children: Jessica Vanderhall and Kennedy Vanderhall; siblings: Mary Vanderhall Bethea, Henry (Sharese) Caulder, Rosa Caulder and Willie Allen all of Dillon, SC; Evon Vanderhall, David Harris, Ronald Nicholas (Tameika) Vanderhall of Willingboro, NJ, Ronald and Elizabeth of Finksburgs, MD, Alexander (Almeta) Vanderhall all of Elizabeth, NJ, Yolanda (John) McClam of Connecticut and Ruth Leggett of Atlanta, GA; two sisters-in-law: Kimberly Vanderhall and Annie Vanderhall both of Dillon, SC and kinship with several half-sisters, brothers and in-laws. He also leaves behind five grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends.
