Private graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Spring Bethel Benevolent Society Cemetery.
Victor was born to Patrocino Vargas and Maria Acosta De Vargas. He lived in New York where he worked as a Head Bartender. After his retirement he moved to Jefferson County along with his wife Eva Cunningham Vargas.
Survivors include his wife Eva Cunningham Vargas, one son, Raul Victor Vargas; three daughters, Sonia Cobenas, Edra Killings and Renee Killings; his brother, Patrocino Vargas; sisters Ines Vargas De Valderrama, and Maria Vargas; grandchildren, Bianca, Tiara, Yanile, Brandy, Javon, Nevaeha, DaLonnie, Airella and Isabella; great grandchildren, Kaylin and Emiliano; a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
