What a beautiful legacy, ninety-three years! Mrs. "Nannie", as she was affectionally known, was an amazing woman. May the work she's done, speak for her. She served her community well. A dedicated employee who worked the same job for over fifty years, worked in her church in several capacities, Deaconess, Usher and Pastor Aid member just to name a few; and most importantly, was a mother figure to many. Her presence at New Hope and the community will be greatly missed. Rest well, Mrs. Nannie, you've fought the good fight! Reginald, Deneen Thornton and D'Andre Hill, Phenix City, Alabama.
