Roxanna Mitchell was called home to her eternal rest on February 27,2021. She was born on December 18,1930 to the late Marie Mitchell. Roxanna was employed and retired from the E.M.O. Club and was a member of New. Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, where she served on the Senior Usher Board.

She was preceded in death by her son; William Henry Mitchell. She leaves to cherish her precious memory; four children, Leroy Mitchell, Frank Mitchell, Pator Mae-Smith and Wilson Mitchell; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
