Obituary For Janet Lucas Thomas

Janet Lucas Thomas, 74, of Henrico departed this life July 25, 2021. She was preceded in death by her mother, Naomi Wilson and daughter, Tomika Thomas. Surviving are her son, Sheldon D. Thomas (Michele); three grandchildren, Shamia Thomas, Tyreek Ford and Samuel Baptist; sister, Doris Williams; brother, Wayne Lucas (Daisy); nephew, Dale Cook (Yolanda), other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, August 1,. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, August 2, at Cedar St. Baptist Church, 2301 Cedar St. Dr. Anthony M. Chandler, officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
