Mrs. Nancy Joyce Gilmore Gardner, departed this life July 24, 2021. She was born in Jefferson County to the parentage of the late Ed and Luarina Anderson Gilmore. Graveside Services will be held Friday, July 30, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Old Bethel Baptist Church cemetery, 1900 Baldee Road, Bartow, GA The family will receive friends Wednesday thru Friday from 3:00 - 6:00 P.M. at the residence. Mrs. Gardner was a native of Jefferson County. At an early age she joined Brinson Rock in Cross-n-Green Community. She was a former employee St Wadley Shirt Co, Savannah Luggage and Apparelcraft. Joyce enjoyed reading the Bible and watching Gunsmoke (and all Westerns) and had to have her Folgers coffee every day. On January 2, 2004, she married her best friend, Mr. Tommie Lee Gardner. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Anthony Gilmore, her mother-in-law, Pearlean J. Gardner.
