Obituary For Eilene Whitfield

Eilene Whitfield, 66, of Palatka (Hastings native) was born on Wednesday, April 20,1955 to Robert Whitfield and Irene Parker in Gainesville, FL. Eilene received her education in the St. Johns County School District. She was known for spreading the Word of God and not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Sister Eilene enjoyed attending church and fishing. She loved feeding the hungry and shopping. On Saturday, July 31, 2021, Eilene received a call from her Master to transition from this life to her eternal life at her residence surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Eilene was preceded in eternal rest by her son, Travis Hall and brother, Fredrick Whitfield.

She leaves to cherish her memories: children, Fredrick Whitfield, Alonzo Hall, Keidra(Murry) Whitfield - Palmer; siblings, Anthony (Barbera) Whitfield, Gary(Louise)Whitfield, Robert(Virginia) Whitfield, Norman(Bertha) Whitfield, Mike Whitfield, Jake (Evelyn) Whitfield, Mary Whitfield, Kim Whitfield, Lillie Whitfield; grandchildren, Jaqwanzz Bradshaw, Sway’ Marion Flagler, Malaya Palmer, Alonya Hall, Amari Hall, Simone Hall, Alona Hall, Alden Hall, Madisyn Whitfield, Neveah Whitfield, Latavious Whitfield, Ashanna Dickinson, T’ Asia Hall, Travis Hall, Jr., Ta’Lysa Hall; nieces, Faye Wilson, Candra Williams, a host of extended family and sorrowing community.

The Whitfield family will receive friends and the community from 6:00p.m. – 7:30p.m. on Friday, August 6,2021 at Harvest Time Evangelistic Ministry, Elder Christopher T. Coleman, Pastor and eulogist. The Homegoing Celebration will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 2021 at The Lord’s Temple City of Refuge, Bishop Thomas Cave III, Pastor. The burial will be in Pattersonville Cemetery, East Palatka.
