Wally (Billy) Hicks, 66, a son of the late Grace and Elkin Hicks of Early Branch, SC, passed on Saturday, July 31, 2021 in Syracuse, NY. He was a resident of Reading, Pennsylvania for several years. Celebration of Life Service will be held in the Chapel of Young Funeral Home on Sunday, August 8, 2021. Family Hour from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm with Service of Farewell, 2:30 pm in the Chapel. Burial will follow in the Wilkerson Cemetery, Early Branch, SC.
