Ms. Patricia Denise Facyson, 59, was born on Friday, June 15, 1962 and departed this life on Saturday, July 31, 2021.

Funeral service will be held at Antioch Baptist Church, 1415 Holloway St., Durham, NC on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 1:00 pm., viewing from 12:00 to 1:00. Burial will be at Glennview Memorial Park.

Masks are to be worn, social distancing required at all meetings, visits and services. All acts of kindness are appreciated.
