Darius, also known as Dee was a very loving and caring person. He was always smiling and trying to make others laugh. He showed compassion to almost anyone he met. He was his mother’s gentle teddy bear.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Gussie Mae Campbell, his maternal grandfather, Booker T. Campbell, paternal grandmother, Sister Valareese Young- Hart.
On Saturday, July 31, 2021, Dee’s gentle spirit left this earthly realm.
He is survived by his loving and devoted mother, Gloria Campbell - Davis, father, Reverend Ronald T. Young, (Bonus-fathers) David Wright and Johnny Thomas; his siblings, Alvin Patterson, Jr. (Yolanda) of Tampa, FL, Marsha Patterson of Tampa, FL, Monica Hendricks of Riverview, FL, Precious Young of Lima, OH. He is also survived by his loving fiancé Anithra Minus (Bonus daughter A’marah White), and his best friend Bemma Young (his dog), all of Fort Pierce, FL. He also leaves to cherish his memory; nephews Jamaal Patterson and Shamar Patterson. Nieces; Ashle Patterson, Jahraeona Anderson and Rayvin Hendricks, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many sorrowing friends.
Public visitation for Darius Terone Young will take place on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 3:00pm-7:00pm at Stone Brothers Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL. Funeral services will convene on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Immanuel Full Gospel Baptist Church in Fort Pierce, FL beginning at 11:00am. Burial will immediately follow in Riverview Memorial Park.
