James Edward Lee was born August 18, 1960. To the late Clyde and Eva Lee in Kosciusko, MS.

He accepted Christ at an early age to Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Which later in life he also attended Silas Grove #1 Missionary Baptist Church in Kosciusko, MS.

He received his education in the Kosciusko City School District, He worked for several companies in his life-time which he enjoyed to do, He was an outgoing, friendly person whom everyone loved to be around.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Clyde & Eva Lee, one sister: Shirley Jean Lee, Two brothers: billy West and Bobby Lee, One stepson: Derrick Manning, Sr.; Host of aunts, uncles and the love of his life Ms. Carolyn Ann Manning who preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory to five children; Kemphrey Manning of Durant, MS, Rosalyn Manning (Travis), Ahmad Manning (Felicia), Jamal Manning (Chrissy) of Good Hope, MS, Jamarel Manning (Jenyqua) of Sallis, MS; Eleven grandchildren; three sisters, Patricia Lee, Kosciusko, MS; Millisa Lee and Aretha Lee of Detroit, MI; Four brothers: Lamar Lee (Gloria) of Kosciusko, MS; Clyde Jr. Lee, Gary (Chandra) Lee of Milwaukee, WI, Robert Ickom, Kosciusko, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncle and friends.
