Mother Rena Lucas

10/10/1934 - 08/06/2021

Rena Lucas was born October 10, 1934. Nina Mae Murray was her mother, and her mother was Mosley Wilder. She has been a devoted and faithful servant of the Lord all of her life any and every place she went. She loved children very much. She kept them, raised them, and loved them. She also loved the pastor that she served under and others who carried the word of God.

She was married to the late Rev. Calvin Lucas of whom their love was nurtured between them. She has been a great servant of the Lord and has now departed this life and journeyed to her final resting place of peace. For she knew that she had fought the good fight of faith and was promised a crown in which the Lord shall give her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Calvin Lucas; son, George Murray; daughters, Barbara Gail Kitchen, Debra Lucas; sister, Idella Wilson; mom, Nina Lester; niece, Arnie Levern Brunson; and grandson, and many more.

With many memories of her love and laughter, she leaves to mourn her son, Frank Kitchen of Fort Pierce, Evangeline Carolyn Williams of Fort Pierce, FL; stepson, Chris Benjamin of Fort Pierce, FL; grandchildren, Henry White(Patreca), Regina Murray, Precious White Lee of Fort Pierce, FL, April Clarke of Fort Pierce, FL, Sonya, William Clarke, Lana Lucas Gaines of Fort Pierce, FL, Danielle Lucas of Tampa, FL, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, warriors, and sorrowing friends who will miss her dearly.
