Ronnie Jerome Woods, Sr. was born July 15, 1957, to the late Robert Jacob Woods and Eloise Freeman Smith in Belle Glade Fl. During his early years he attended public schools and graduated from Glade Central High School in 1977. On Sunday August 15, 2021, at Lakeside Medical Center he departed his journey on Earth. He is preceded in death with his father, mother, and a sister. He was a hard-working family man. He worked at Roth Farm during the summers of his schools’ days. He went to Gulf and Western known as Okeelanta Corporation from September 1978 – June 2013 where he retired from. During his years he loved mechanic work, sports and enjoyed racing. He leaves lovable memories to a loving wife and high school sweetheart of 41 years, Diane Battle Woods; 3 sons Ronnie Jr., RonCedric Sr. and RonShunard Woods; 3 daughters RonNeisha, RonKerria and RonShunell Woods; 13 Grandchildren Arlexia Woods, Damien Kearse Jr., Damorrios Kearse, Damerria Kearse, RonTasia Atkins, RonShyia Woods, RonCedric Woods Jr., JerKeviuos Woods, Ronnie Woods III, Jeremiah Woods, Tyson Owens, JerMyah Woods and Kayleigh Wade; 1 great grandson Thomas Bonds; (additional) daughter Shanta Bush (Xavier) Salter, granddaughter Starsha Brown and Great granddaughter Ryleigh Watson of Bainbridge Georgia; a devoted mother-in-law Martha J. Battle and the late (Johnnie B. Battle); 9 brothers Curtis Freeman, Stanley Woods, James (Arline) Smith, Morris Smith, Norris Smith, Roy Smith, Larry Smith, Paul Smith and Steve Wilson; 5 sisters Patricia Colverton, Lizzie Singletary, Pamela D. Woods, Helen and Yolanda; 3 aunts Barbara Freeman, Mary Loise Jones and Mary Freeman; 1 uncle Robert Durham Sr, his father wife Barbara P.
