Wallace A. Cosby, 82, of Richmond, died August 17, 2021. Surviving are his wife, Nancy M. Cosby; daughter, Felicia C. Tinsley (Shawn); two grandchildren, Shayla and Shawn II Tinsley; four brothers, Gill, Roy, Linwood (Belinda), and Paul (Zelma) Cosby; brother-in-law, Larry Johnson; host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Sunday, August 22 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, August 23, at Roselawn Memory Gardens. Rev.
