Obituary For Annie Ruth Harris

Our Lord and Savior received Annie Ruth Dixon Battie-Harris with open arms on August 11, 2021 at 5:20 Am. He said come to me my child and live forever with me in paradise. The glorious birth of Annie Ruth Dixon Battie-Harris was March 31, 1934 announced with trumpets blowing, her arrival to the chosen Deacon James F. Dixon and Lula M. Battie and was raised by her adopted father Edward Battie. Thr famil relocated to Belle Glade, FL where she graduated from Lake View Senior High School. Her ambition, determination, and driveled her to a managerial position at Key Biscayne Resort Hotel. After retiring she was affored the opportunity of caring fo children with special needs at Sunrise Community Inc. which was her final retirment.She Later Married Willie L. Harris. Annie R. Battie-Harris and Rev. Melton Rozier Jr. was gifted with two amazing daughters Cynthia D. Rozier- Trowsdell, Anita P.Rozier- Holloway, (preceded in death), and son Michael Ayala;God- daughter MarKeisha Stephens; two brothers Walter Battie (Carol) Warner Robins and James Battie (Mary) of North Carolina;Mrs. HArris leaves behind a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives. She is Preceded in death by sister Lottie Battie-Walker
