Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 12noon at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Ave. The remains of Mrs. Kelly and Infant Joseph Jr. will rest for visitation of family and friends on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 4-7PM at the chapel.
