Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 1:00PM from St. Jude Catholic Church, Father Andrew Jones, officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Annex Cemetery, Mrs. Times will lie in state on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 12-3PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
