Obituary For Tony Sturkie

Graveside service for Tony Lamar Sturkie 56, will be Saturday, August 28, at 2:30 pm at the Eden Hills Cemetery with Rev. Keith Davis officiating.

Mr. Sturkie passed away on August 19, 2021.

Mr. Sturkie was in Alexandria High School class of 1983. He formerly worked at Boozers Lumber Company. Survivors include his children: Nikita Anderson, Tre Morris, Marlee Sturkie; siblings: Melvin (Alisha) Sturkie, Brenda (Erskine) Anderson, Tommy (Crystal) Sturkie, Hollis (Erthel) Brewster, Bensa (Demetris) Mclain, Chester Sturkie; 4 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Mason and Leola B. Sturkie, daughter, Antionne Sturkie, grandparents, Margaret E. Brewster, Paul Brewster, Cleveland Fomby.
