Obituary For Kathy Evans

Kathy Freddie Gaither Evans, 57, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, August 18, 2021, in Lancaster County. She was the daughter of the late James and Sadie Mae Ealey Gaither. She was born May 23, 1964, in Lancaster County, South Carolina. She was married to Travis Evans.

Kathy was a graduate of North Central High School.

Survivors are her husband, Travis Evans of Lancaster, SC; one daughter, Shantail Evans of Lancaster, SC; one sister, Phyliss James of Lancaster, SC; two brothers, James Gaither, and Isaac Gaither both of Lancaster, SC; three grandchildren all of Lancaster, SC.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at Stewart Funeral Home with burial in the Beaver Creek AME Zion Church Cemetery in Liberty Hill, SC. Funeral Services will be conducted by Reverend Douglas Gaither and Reverend Jerusha Gaither

Viewing will be Monday, August 23, 2021, 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Stewart Funeral Home.
