Johnny Ray “Pop” Smith age 62, of Lincolnton, North Carolina transitioned on Monday, August 23, 2021 at his residence He was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on March 25, 1959 to the late Junice Smith and Verlean Jefferies Smith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Junior Lee Smith, Jr.

Funeral service is Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in White’s Family Chapel with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service. There will be a public walk through on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

The family will be at 2316 North Street, Lincolnton, North Carolina.

Due to COVID-19 and the Delta Variant please practice social distancing and masks are required for all services.
