Charlotte, North Carolina - Robbie K. Jones 92, of 4332 Hyde Park Dr. Charlotte NC, and formerly of Chester SC, passed away on Monday March 15, 2021.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday April 3, 2021 at1:00pm at Calvary Baptist Church in Chester SC, with Rev. Dr. Otis Ferguson delivering the Eulogy. Burial will follow in Benson Cemetery. She was the daughter of the late William Robert "Will King and Ellen Louise Nelson King. She was a retired Educator in Mecklenburg Co. School System. She was preceded in death by three sisters; Willie K. Powell, Angie K. Corley and Ione K. James, two brothers; Edward J. King and Christopher C. King.
Survivors are three sisters; Ellen K. Ferguson of Bloomfield Hills Michigan, Ruby K. Rucker of Lancaster SC, and Attorney Patricia E. King of the home, sisters-in-law Margie B. King and Joyce D. King, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relative and friends. Viewing 12-7pm on Friday April 2, 2021 at King's Funeral Home 4000 Beatties Ford Rd. Charlotte NC, and from 9:00am to 11:00am on Saturday April 3, 2021 at King's Funeral Home 135 Cemetery St. Chester SC., and from 12-1:00pm on Saturday at the Church.
