Bennie Lee Peters, Known to most as "Sack" and "Big Sexy", was born August 21, 1959in Madison, GA to the late Bennie Lee Peters, Jr. and Revonia Thomas Peters. Bennie joined New Enon Baptist Church at an early age under the leadership of the late Reverend A. Baker. He served on the deacon board and as a member of the A. Baker Choir.

Bennie attended Morgan County Schools and shortly thereafter he went into the working field. He was a hard worker who drove trucks for over 30 years for Horton Homes and Pennington Seed Company in which he retired after suffering a stroke. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Benjamin Peters, Sr.

He leaves behind a loving and devoted fiancé Sherry Ward, his beloved daughters: Latisha (Leonard) Davis, Coletta McWhorter, Yentl (Randrell) Smith, and Gahkia Moore; his sister Betty (Milton) Beasley, and brothers: Raymond Peters, David (Shirley) Edwards, and Wayne (Paula) Robbins; 12 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren; a special nephew Jarvis Peters and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Bennie may be gone physically, but his memories will never die.
