- On August 26th, 2021, Diane Snead-Elam, amazing mother of two sons, passed away at age 63.

Diane was born on August 1st, 1958 in White Plains, New York. She always felt a calling to help people so she completed her bachelors of science degree in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia at the Augusta State University and became a registered nurse where she then dedicated her life to making sure people received the best care. On August 8th, 1989, she married Tony Elam in Palm Coast, Florida.

Diane was preceded in death by her father, Homer Snead and her mother, Helen as well as her brother, Ernest. She is survived by her sister, Deborah Duffy, her partner, Tony, and her two sons Navarre and Daylen, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date; so everyone may pay their respects and share their stories.
