Tamara Nicole Peters, transitioned to eternal rest Friday, August 27, 2021.

Public visitation will be held from 4PM-6PM, Wednesday, September 1, 2021. At Bernard's Eatonton Chapel.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Zion Covenant Fellowship, 402 S. Oak Street, Eatonton, Georgia. Interment will follow at East Eatonton City Cemetery.

I am sooo SADDENED to know that you are no longer in the land of the living, and the ONLY comfort is in knowing that you are no longer sick!!! I went to school with u, and knew u as a classmate, but I have known ur dad ALL my life and cause he has done a lot for me and my family I ALWAYS loved u!!! Ur one ir the few classmates that actually was nice to me.....I hadn't seen u in years but when I last saw u you said hey girl where u been hiding!!! Though I never saw u outside of school as all my childhood friendships and family were in Madison I know that u were a BEAUTIFUL soul!!! I have NEVER encountered ANYONE with cancer or any kind of sickness, illness, condition, or disease NOT ONCE say they aren't TIRED!!! Ur the ONLY person who NEVER said I am tired or I am gonna give up!!! U ALWAYS said I got this and umma beat this!!! I don't understand why things happen the way that they do or why they even happen in this life.....and I don't know what is after this life but I would like to believe there is something after this life and that there is a higher power and that is where u are!!! I pray ur wrapped in the arms of the angels!!! The only thing I know for certain is that this old world is NOT our forever home and though that may be so I still wish u were here!!! It HURT my heart to get on fb and see u passed, but baby u LIT fb up with soo MANY ppl hurt but yet cherishing and admiring ur STRENGTH!!! U FOUGHT ONE HELLUVA FIGHT BABY, WEAR UR CROWN AND ROBE!!!
