Obituary For Mrs. Deborah Ann Daniels Hatcher

Augusta, Georgia-Mrs. Deborah Hatcher entered into rest Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Augusta University Medical Center.

Mrs. Deborah Ann (Daniels) Hatcher was born November 18, 1964, to Mrs. Ruthie Mae Daniels & the late Mr. Hollie Lee Daniels in Augusta, Georgia. She attended Bungalow Road Elementary, Levi White Elementary School, Murphey Middle School and graduated from the George P. Butler Comprehensive High School in 1983.

After high school, Deborah met the man that would be the love of her life, Victor Hatcher. They dated for many years before joining in holy matrimony, January 31, 1993. In that same year she began her career with the Richmond County Board of Education, where she worked as a Nutritionist. During her tenure at RCBOE, she touched the lives of many. In love, Deborah and Victor had two children, Vintoria & Victor Jr. Their marriage was full of laughter, jokes, & unconditional love before God called Victor Sr. home on September 7, 2019.

Deborah was baptized at a young age and has been a faithful member of Victory Assembly of God for over 25 years. She was a praise & worship leader and a minister of the Word of God. Deborah loved God with all her heart and shared His love with whomever she came in contact with. She bought joy in every room she entered, with her bubbly personality and beautiful smile. Deborah knew God had anointed her to give hope to the lost and she was not ashamed of her calling. We often heard her quote Psalms 103:1“Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.”
