Freddie Lee White, daughter of the late Willie Dingle and Beatrice Smith Dingle, was born October 08, 1944 in the Manning community of Clarendon County. One brother, Ernest Dingle proceeded her in death.

Freddie Lee received her former education in the public schools of Clarendon County. She served as a devoted loving wife, mother, and homemaker.
