Melissa Francel Tucker was born in Dover, Delaware on September 10, 1979 to Willie Mae Tucker and Eddie Williams. She received her education in the St. Johns County School District. Melissa was a loving and caring contractor for many years, and received her nursing degree in Simpson county. Melissa was devoted to her soulmate Ricky McMillian and was “The Rock” to her loving family.

In addition to her father, Melissa was preceded in eternal rest by her stepfather, James, Wesley; brothers, Eric Tucker, Errick Tucker and Calvin Wesley; sister, Sophia Wesley; aunts, Dorothy Hayes and Patricia Williams; uncles, William Tucker and Haymon Boyton; stepson, Terrell Moore; brother in law, Dennis McMillan; godbrother, Travis Hall.

Celebration of Life graveside services will be 3:30PM Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Pattersonville Cemetery - East Palatka, Florida on County road 207A near the intersection with Carter-Crabtree Road.
