Sherman Hicks, 65, passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He is preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Blanchie Hicks, three brothers: Odell, Earnest and John Hicks; sister: Janice Tipton. He leaves a son, Tony Johnson and several grandchildren; two sisters Evonne Hicks and Jeannette Gordon; two brothers Milton Hicks Jr. (Wanda) and Chris Hicks.

Public viewing is scheduled for Saturday September 4, 2021 from 2-4 pm and 12-12:55 pm Sunday at R. S. Lewis and Sons 2944 Walnut Grove Rd. Private family service will begin at 1 pm. All are required to wear mask.
