Joe Louis Frazier, Sr., was born on May 5, 1939 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Eunice Frazier in Allendale, South Carolina. He was employed in the lumber industry for over 40 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was passionate about his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In his later years, Joe found enjoyment just sitting in his truck “people watching”, just observing the scenery. He was called to eternal rest on Thursday, September 2, 2021.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Eunice Frazier; granddaughter, Serenity Manning.

He leaves to cherish his memories: a loving and devoted wife, Mary Frazier; 2 sons, Joe Frazier Jr. and Eric Frazier, both of Green Cove Springs, FL; 3 daughters, Kimberly Coleman and Sheila Augustin both of Jacksonville, FL and Stephanie Frazier (Devin Adams) of Green Cove Springs, FL; 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and sorrowing friends.

Family will receive friends and the community 6PM - 7PM Friday, September 10, 2021 at Congregational Holiness Church, 2079 FL-16, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043.

Celebration of Life services will be held at 2PM on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Congregational Holiness Church.
