Homegoing Services for Mrs. Florine S. Tuggle, will be held Sunday, September 5, 2021, 11:00 A.M. at The Chapel of Donald Trimble Mortuary. Interment, Washington Memorial Gardens, Decatur, GA. She is survived by her five children Tony, Melvin, Anthony, Cedric, Christopher; two brothers Richard Swain, Sam Swain; four sisters, Rosa Swain, Lillie Baug, Marilyn Heard, Vivian Swain; twelve grandchildren, Celena Hanford, Dorian Brown, Natasha Hollingsworth, Antwon Swain, Marlin Shakir, Cedric Tuggle Jr., Melvin Perkins, Sierra Mitchell, Angelina Tuggle, Mekhai Perkins, Me’Keylan Perkins, Cianna Tuggle; four great grandchildren, Jarod Swain, Jerrica Nunnally, Jasmine Swain, Jada Hollingsworth, and a host of nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles, her brother, Fred Jr., sister, Dorothy and daughter, Lorine. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the mortuary at 10:30 A.M.
