William Bell, the son of the late Robert Bell, Sr. and Margaret Frierson Bell, was born April 21, 1945 in Alcolu, South Carolina. On Wednesday, September 1, 2021, God called him home at his residence. He was preceded in death by his siblings: James H. He brought much laughter and joy to everyone. Bell was the neighborhood plumber and electrician known by everybody. He loved his work and everyone loved Bell. He was one of a kind.
