Paster Williams was a wonderful person and an excellent teacher of the bible. He welcomed my daughter and I into his church as if we were blood family. I greatly appreciate his giving heart to the community. It was a true delight to be able to be in his presence in the short period of time that I had known him. He is truly missed.

Richard and I met as new USPS employees in May 1986 as city carriers servicing the Virginia Highlands area in Atlanta. He certainly was a good friend and co-worker and willing worker rain, sleet and snow as the postal motto precisely claims. As the years passed, I witnessed him gradually embracing his call in his ministry, while encouraging with an open invitation to his church any time. I send my sincere condolences to his family and friends as his life is celebrated with memories shared, and expressions of love, Rest In Peace my dear friend! Sophia P

In the short time I knew him, Pastor Williams was very kind. He opened up the doors of his church to my wife and family as we celebrated the life of my grandmother-in-love, Mrs. Ruby Snoddy. He didn't have to allow strangers to use the church but he did it out of love. He will be missed. Prayers of strength and comfort to his family and to the True Deliverance Church. Min.
