Kevin was a very influential and supportive friend that became like a brother. We met during a spiritual transition in his life in 1994 when he embraced the Islamic faith. I have only pleasant fond memories of him and to now know he's passed on is a bit of a shock we lost touch many years ago but I ran into him briefly several years ago in a Walmart had I known that would've been our last brotherly encounter on Earth I would have spoken to him longer, kept in touch more....Many times while we were making salaat he would always ask when will the world end? Kevin was a good person and I am grateful to have been a part of his story....He used to say, "if it ain't alright, it's gonna be alright". God Bless King, and thanks for everything u ever did for me brother...Zac Metro

Met Kevin at Parris Island SC in December of 84 Platoon 2017. I was from the Youngstown area and he being from Sharon we developed a rapport. I remember him as a well disciplined hard charger with a pleasant disposition. Lost contact with him throughout the years. Thought he moved out west. All I can say is sorry for your loss and God Bless. Sincerely, the Ridel Family
