My prayers are with the family especially with my classmate Wanda. I know that the loss of a sibling is hard but I also know that we Trust God to know best and He can comfort us in the thought of His wisdom. May God Be with all of you as He comforts and strengthens you as you go forward on your life journey. Sincerely, Edwinna

Iam so sorry for the loss of your loved one. I loved Spencer like a big brother. I have known his family for a very long time. He was my friend and my church member. My heart is broken right now. I will forever miss him. May God bring you peace and comfort. I know he is happy to be with the love of his life, Jean. God bless. Bettie Fox-McKinney

What I remember about my Uncle Bill( Spencer) is when I was a lil girl and i would be so happy to go spend the night with him and my Aunt Jean. We would have so much fun and you would always give me money to get ice cream. I remember you as a True M.o.g.( Man of God) you would talk to me about God. You was such a Amazing and Loving brother to all your siblings esp my mother Tassie. Now you have gained your wings along with your wife Aunt Jean and your son Stafford and your mother Big Momma( Willie Mae Washington) and all your siblings and love ones that have already gained their wings to Paradise with Jesus Christ. I will always Love you Uncle Bill. Uncle Bill on earth you gained your fruit and your Faith in God was shown to everyone. You was Truly a Good and Faithful servant of the Lord. I know you will hear those words from Our Heavenly Father Job Well Done come on up a little higher. Praise God! You will be Truly missed but your memories are Everlasting!! Uncle Bill please tell everyone and my daddy ( Charlie Baty) hi and I will always love them. Rest In Paradise.

Bro. Washington served well, and he finished well. I served with him in the music ministry of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He LOVED everything about the Male Chorus, and gave excellent leadership. He will be greatly missed. My prayers going out to his family.

It is with such sadness, to hear about the passing of Bro.Washington! He was always a joy to be around. We've known him for over 20 yrs. My husband enjoyed many good conversations with him. A man of God that will truly be missed. Our Love, Prayers and Support to the family! Herbert & Teresa Wynn 💐

Prayers of strength and comfort are uplifted to the family. May God continue to keep you in His care during this time. We will miss seeing your smile and hearing your laughter, but will keep you in our hearts always. I will miss seeing you do your signature rock in the choir with the Male Chorus, but I know that God knows best. You'll always be "Deacon Cool" and our Bro. "Wash" to all those who loved and cared for you and your family. May you rest peacefully in God's care and love. The Burns Family
