Auntie, you will be so missed. I will miss the conversations talking about the soap opera, the talks about my mom. You gave me so much comfort in our talks about her. You will always be in my heart. Love you always

Prayers and condolences to my family. I regret hearing the news of Mrs. Barker's passing. She was definitely one of the sweetest people on earth. Heaven's gain for sure. My grandparents didn't live in Atlanta but she and Mr. Barker were great surrogates. They were instrumental in my up bringing and for that I am truly grateful. Family, you guys are in my prayers. Love you all, Deirdre Buckles-Alford.

Hey mama, this is baby boy Tomias. Its been so hard since your departure. I never thought about the day I wont get a call and we aren't talking about those Braves and Falcons. Enjoying laughter and each others company. I don't wanna let you go, however when God is moving I know to get out the way and not question his Glory. Hats off to the best grandma I knew and what a job well done. I will see you later sugah. Love you always
