Ray Darrel Ashbaugh, 51, passed away September 7, 2021. Ray was born December 1, 1969 in Las Cruces, NM. He lived his entire life in Truth or Consequences, graduating from Hot Springs High School. He liked to hunt, collect guns, and ride his Harley. Ray was employed by the State Highway Department.

Ray survived by his mother, Pamela Allsup; father, John Ashbaugh; brother, Carl Ashbaugh; daughter, Devon Carlos and her husband Travis; three granddaughters: Paisley, Millie'ray, and Lennox Carlo; and step daughter, Amber Howard.

Ray was much loved and will be greatly missed by all.
