MR. TOBY GENE WILKEY - of Atlanta, Georgia and formerly of Dalton, GA and Calhoun, GA passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021. He was born on February 24, 1942 to the late Andy K. Wilkey and Ola Mae Gresham Wilkey. He was preceded by his two brothers, John L. Wiley, Clyde D. Wiley, and sister, Eloise Wilkey.

Survivors are his loving and devoted daughters, Charvette Wilkey of Mableton, Georgia and Cheryl (Torrey) Tibbs of Decatur, Georgia; grandchildren, Sandria Tibbs, Blake Tibbs, Brandi Wilkey; great grandchildren, Mekhei Tibbs, Arielle Tibbs, Celine Willis; two brothers, Jerome Wilkey, Major Wilkey; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 4:00 P. M. at the Chapel with Rev. Rodney Weaver as Eulogist. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
