Tallahassee - Alta May Jackson 76, died Friday, September 17, 2021.

Funeral service will be 10 A.M. Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Strong & Jones Chapel with burial at Oakland Cemetery. Viewing will be Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 12 (Noon) to 6 P.M. at Strong & Jones Chapel.

Survivors include three grandsons, Jerry Dickey Jr. (Latoya), Mario Wendell Harris (Wynesia) and Tony Dickey; and a host of other relatives and friends.

To the family i was a neighbor and a friend. I'm going to miss Ms. Pumpkin she was a friend in deed, When every i needed someone to talk to she would always listen she always gave me food boxes and she loved my two boys, she always awarded them if they were good. I'm going to miss seeing her on the porch. She always had her bible in her hand reading the word. She was a true friend i love you and I'm going to miss you. Never the best but the lord loves you more, sleep on my friend, love Esha leon, lil leon, Cassius we love you always.
