He was a loving and devoted Dad to his daughter, Jayden Nicole Whiteside.
Billy received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate in Business Administration and Bachelors of Applied Science from Walden University. He had a passion for photography, media, film, art, and fishing. Above all things Billy placed God first, loved his family, and adored his daughter, Jayden.
In addition to his daughter, left to cherish his loving memories are: one brother, Mr. Andre (Tonya) Whiteside of Spartanburg, SC; two sisters, Mrs. Chunsta (James) Miller of Spartanburg, SC and Ms. Audriana Whiteside of Columbia, SC; four nephew,s Andre Jr., James Jr., Christopher, and Princeton; four nieces, Jessica, Zada, Madison and Aubrielle; six aunts, Mrs. Mary (William) Rice of Duncan, SC, Ms. Josephine Ferguson, Ms. Evelyn Norman, Mrs, Pauline (Brooker T.) Jackson, Mrs. Ellen (Willie) Nash and Mrs. Mattie (Harold) Mickler all of Spartanburg, SC; five uncles, Mr. Robert Cain, Mr. Robert (Vivian ) Whiteside, Mr. Leroy Whiteside, Mr. Johnny Whiteside all of Spartanburg SC , Mr. Ronnie Whiteside of Washington DC; bonus siblings, Jasmine Kelly, Monique Sanders, Dominique Sanders, Trevelle Stephens and Marricco Sanders; along with a host of other loving relatives, friends, and loved ones.
A Celebration of the Life of Billy P. Whiteside, Jr. will be held on Wednesday September 22, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC. Burial will be in the Wyatts Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, Buffalo, SC.
The family is at the home of his sister, 310 N. Pendernale Dr., Moore, SC 29369.
