Obituary For Mrs. Erma Demus

Erma Demus, Native of Mobile, Alabama and current resident of Los Angeles, Ca died on August 9,2021 peacefully at her residence surrounded by family and friends at the age of 67.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Silas and Julia Russell. Husband, Benny Demus, 3 brothers, Vernon, Raymond and Silas Russell Jr and one sister, Julia Russell Leigh.

Erma leaves to cherish her memories a loving and devoted daughter, Charlene "Shea" Russell, a devoted sister, Carolyn Russell-Dixon. Two loving and caring brothers, Elmer Russell of Los Angeles, Ca and Bernard (Taveda) Womack of Mobile, Al and a host of nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.

The viewing of the remains will be held September 10,2021 from Holy Light Missionary Baptist Church (1404 W. 96th Street) Los Angeles, Ca 90047 beginning at 9am until the 10am Homegoing Celebration with Rev. Dr. William Dandrigdge, III Pastor and Presiding Minister. Interment will follow in Inglewood Park Cemetery.
