Graveside service for Deacon Eddie Lee Crook, Sr., 68, will be Wednesday, September 22, at 1 pm at the Dogwood Trail Memorial Gardens with Pastor Brenda Wilson, officiating. Mr. Crook passed away on September 14, 2021 ar Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include his wife: Patricia Crook; Susan Johnson; children: Wallace Lewis, Sr. Eddie L. Crook, Jr., Shanika Cook, Dana (Willie) Michell, Treasa (Buster) Davis; siblings: Bobby (Paulene) Crook, Robert (Gloria) Tyson, Gregory (Ella Mae) Crook, Paul Crook, Minnie Crook, Pearl and Elaine Tyson; 10 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Tyson, Sr. and Corabell Crook, siblings, Charles and Eugene Crook, Mattie Crook, Mary Jo Woodgett, Louise Swink.
