PUBLIC VISITATION for Deacon Wilfred Douglas McClung of Aliceville, Alabama was Friday, October 1, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Lavender's Funeral Service.

THE HOME GOING CELEBRATION HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY of Deacon Wilfred McClung was Saturday, October 2, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Aliceville City Hall, 419 Memorial Parkway in Aliceville, Alabama. The body of Deacon McClung was in state in City Hall one hour prior to the service.

INTERMENT was in Mt. Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery, 2463 Franconia Road, also in Aliceville. Bishop Jimmy McClung, Pastor of House of Prayer Apostolic Church of Aliceville, Alabama and brother of Deacon Wilfred McClung was The Eulogist.

So sorry to hear about my good friend Wilfred " Wolf" McClung passing I been known him for numerous years. We was the family care taker & a very happy person he name my youngest son after his father. Wolf was always ready to give a helping hand & was a great cook loved children we going to miss your joking around & great wisdom. Wolf were loved by many people.
